Our school’s chief donor and
volunteer, Mr. Sarathi Seenan, volunteered at the school from 20.01.2026
to 27.01.2026. During this period, he conducted training session for the
teachers and office staff on handling and improving the school’s data
management system.
To simplify data handling, he created separate Google Mail
IDs for the teachers and office staff. He also designed user-friendly Google
Sheets for data collection and Google Forms for leave applications, making the
overall data management process more efficient, well-organized, and easy to
use.
