NEW YEAR GREETINGS - 2021

Thanking you for your incredible support in 2020 our best year yet.

Ritham Charitable Trust is transparent and accountable on how your donations are spent, we value the trust you placed on us by your continuous donation to our project. We started this trust for mentally challenged children because no one is useless in this world. They should have to realize that they too are one in this society and to behave like others. They are also having talents like others. We are happy to share our 2020 some activities with you.

Due to the Corona virus our challenged children are not allowed to access many services. Due to their Physical and Mental Condition also put them at higher risk. Distancing is not an option for many as they depend on their parents for their daily needs.

Therefore, we have devised an innovative plan to address this crisis by provide online education through whatsapp groups to their families on how to protect themselves against Corona virus, their skills, their therapy related videos, their behavior modification tips and some play methods.

We are conducting Online Competitions such as Dance, Song, Yoga, Art and craft and Drawing for World Disability Day. Totally 39 students participated in this online competition conducted for World Disability Day. Through this competition we are happy to reveal our students’ talents to this world. Our students are really happy to do this and put their full involvement in these events.  

We are also participated in online dance competition conducted by JHOOM, DRZYA. There are 21 children participated in DRZYA in which there are 3 children got a special prize for their participation and 3 children were selected to the second round. There are 17 children participated in JHOOM programme. And then there are 3 children selected for the second round in JHOOM programme.

In our school, most of them are poor and from rural side. During this lockdown, they have more difficulties to run their lives because lack of income. In this situation, we are providing the grocery things to our organizations’ students by your contribution. There are 149 children gets benefits from providing grocery things.

Because of your contribution we are providing medicines and hygienic kits like masks, hand wash, medicines and hand sanitizers to our students. There are 61 children gets benefits from providing medicines.

And we are providing dresses for poor children of our organization. There are 21 children gets benefits from providing dresses with the help of you contribution.

Some donors are providing the funds directly to the children’s’ bank account. There are 13 children gets benefits by this fund. It is very helpful to them to running their lives in this situation.

In this year, Our Indian government approves also our construction project and recommended it to the Japan.

We once again thank you for your continuous support and for donations which are helping us to sustain our organization without which it would be impossible in this year.
