PASSING 8th STANDARD COMMON EXAMINATION THROUGH PRIVATE STUDY

             Our school six students, who appeared for the 8^th standard common examination April 2013 conducted by Tamilnadu govt, were declared pass with good marks.

WINNING SPECIAL OLYMPIC GAMES AT STATE LEVEL

     State meet was conducted at C.S.I Special School [Elwin center] in Virudhunagar district on 27.03.14 and 28.03.2014. In the field and track events our students won 4 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medals. In group events our District football team won 1^st place and are selected for national level meet. In boecce and foot ball girls District team won 2^nd place.

TEACHERS TRAINING STUDENTS VISITED OUR SCHOOL

100 students from A.K.D.S Girl Teacher Training Institute at Rajapalayam visited our school 20.03.2014. They came to know the importance of special education to the special children.

IMPROVING INTERNAL INFRASTRACTURE FACILITIES

            In this educational year also donors have donated plastic chairs, baking machine, walker, wheel chair, tailoring machine and CP walker, cell phone to our school.

PARTICIPATION IN INDIA GIVING CHALLENGE – 13 AND INDIA TAX SAVING CHALLENGE – 14 AND COLLECTING FUNDS

        Participated in India Giving Challenge – 13 and collected donations of amount Rs.14,205/- and participated Tax Saving Challenge – 14 and collected donation amount Rs.15,313/- conducted by give India. Our school won matching grant Rs.4, 000/- for those two challenges. 

WINNING AT SPECIAL OLYMPIC GAMES:-

Twenty four students of our school participated in the Olympic eligibility district meet held at C.S.I. Special School, Sivakasi on 07.03.2014. Our school won 6 Gold, 11 Silver and 8 Bronze medals. In group events girls team won Gold medal in Boucce. They are selected for state level meet. In Boucce boys team won second place and in foot ball event boys and girls teams won second place.

                                   

                                   

            

. DEEPAVALI AND PONGAL CELEBRATIONS

For the 1^st time our school celebrated deepavali lunch have been provided for the students by Ritham Parents Association. Students weared new dresses and fired crackers and enjoyed. In the same way Pongal was celebrated on 24.1.2014.

STAFFS JOINING IN ESI ACT

         Considering health aspects of our school 14 Teachers and other staffs joined in ESI on January 2013.
